Architectural Project Coordinator

‍ ‍

GHLA, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for the following position:

Architectural Project Coordinator

If you are a detail-oriented and career driven Architectural Project Coordinator with 3–6 years of experience, we are looking for you.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on developing construction documents under the guidance of a Project Architect, while also diving into code research and coordinating closely with consultants.  A strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to move projects from design through construction is needed.  You will play a key role in keeping projects on track, supporting day-to-day construction administration and helping your team resolve challenges as they arise.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with a wide range of partners—from internal team members to clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies and can balance between multiple priorities.

If you’re organized, communicative, and ready to step into a leadership-focused role—with occasional overnight travel—we’d love to hear from you.
