ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER - ANIMAL CARE DESIGN

Position Available: Architectural Project manager - animal care design

Experience: 3-10 years | Location: Fort Worth (near downtown) | Full-Time

Quorum Architects, Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Architectural Project Manager to join our growing Animal Care Design team. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, including animal shelters and adoption centers, boarding facilities, and veterinary clinics, contributing to designs that strengthen communities and enrich lives.

qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program

  • Architectural licensure with NCARB (or in active pursuit with ARE exams)

  • Strong design, graphic, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and delegate across multiple priorities

  • Knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction detailing

  • Ability to produce complete construction documents (plans and specifications)

  • Experience coordinating with consultants and engineers

  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects from design through construction closeout

software proficiency:

  • Revit and AutoCAD

  • Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3ds Max (for renderings)

  • Bluebeam

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
