ELEMENTS OF ARCHITECTURE, INC. is a growing, and well-respected architecture firm in Fort Worth seeking a motivated Architecture Production Staff Member to join our team. We specialize in public-sector work—including civic, municipal, and educational facilities—and serve select private commercial clients who value thoughtful, collaborative design.
This is a unique opportunity to expand your skills in all phases of architectural practice. As part of a boutique studio, you won’t be siloed—you’ll work directly with project managers and firm leadership, and you’ll be encouraged to engage in client meetings, consultant coordination, and early design discussions, gaining broad experience that larger firms often reserve for more senior staff.
Position Responsibilities:
• Contribute to projects from concept through construction administration
• Produce high-quality drawings, renderings, and documentation for all phases
• Assist with code research, permitting documentation, and consultant coordination
• Participate in client presentations and project meetings
• Support firm leadership in delivering well-crafted, responsive design solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of professional architectural experience
• Degree in Architecture (Master’s degree a plus)
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools
• Actively pursuing architectural licensure (AXP participation encouraged)
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
• Eagerness to contribute to all facets of the design and project process
• Experience with commercial and/or public-sector architecture is a plus
