We’re seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Project Coordinator with a strong foundation in architectural drafting and a passion for precision, design integrity, and continuous improvement.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in transforming concepts into buildable realities. Under the guidance of the Project Manager, Production Manager, and Principal Architect, you’ll:
Develop and refine project drawings from schematic design through construction documentation
Collaborate with a team that values technical rigor, design clarity, and performance
Contribute to a studio culture that encourages learning, mentorship, and mastery of craft
Requirements for this position:
Minimum 3 years of architectural drafting experience in a professional setting
Proficiency in Revit required; MicroStation and AutoCAD preferred.
A mindset geared toward quality, accountability, and growth
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
We are not considering applicants with backgrounds in civil, MEP, structural, manufacturing, or telecom drafting. Entry-level candidates will not be considered.
