We’re an established architectural firm in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex seeking a seasoned Project Architect / Project Manager to lead projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on ownership, collaboration, and delivering high-performance design solutions across industrial and commercial sectors.
As Project Manager, you’ll be entrusted with every phase of the architectural process:
Client engagement and programming
Design development and construction documentation
Municipal submittals, approvals, and contract administration
Team coordination across in-house staff and consultants
Scheduling, tracking, and drawing review/mark-up
Hands-on contribution to schematic and construction drawings when needed
This is a leadership role for those who take pride in guiding teams, elevating design standards, and navigating complex technical challenges with clarity and confidence.
Requirements for this position:
Professional degree in Architecture
Registration preferred but not required.
Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, including 2+ years in project management role
Deep working knowledge of building, fire, life safety, and accessibility codes
Proven experience with industrial, warehouse, office, commercial, and retail projects
Familiarity with concrete tilt-wall, steel frame, and masonry construction
Proficiency in Revit, MicroStation, and AutoCAD preferred.
Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and graphic
A self-motivated, organized mindset with a commitment to quality and growth
