A strong manager with experience leading public, municipal, educational, civic, or similarly complex projects.

What you’ll do:
Serve as the primary leader and trusted advisor for clients.
Ensure community needs are met, maintain design integrity and aesthetic quality.
Take the initiative to lead our projects through all phases, while balancing design excellence, technical quality, budgets, and schedules.
Mentor our talented team and help us attract the next generation of designers.
Shape the future of 720 design by growing relationships, winning work, and broadening our reach.
What you bring:
Professional degree in Architecture and active licensure.
Proven (10+ years) experience in project design, management, and coordination.
Strong technical knowledge across design phases and construction.
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools.
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
A flexible and open-minded approach to problem solving.
A passion for making an impact in the communities we serve.
