The Fort Worth Chapters of the American Institute of Architects and the Construction Specifications Institute invite you to participate in our 32nd annual golf tournament Thursday, April 6th. Proceeds from the tournament will provide for student scholarships and community projects of both organizations.
DETAILS
TIME: 1PM Shotgun Start *Registration begins at 12PM
FORMAT: Four-person Scramble.
COST: $170 per person / $650 for a four person team (Limited to 144 players, 36 teams – It is expected this event will sell out – sign-up early)
ENTRY COST INCLUDES: green fee, golf cart, range balls, meals before & after round, drink tickets, and prizes.
PRIZES: Men & Women's Longest Drive, Men & Women's Closest to the Pin, and a Raffle Drawing at the conclusion of the Tournament. Winning Teams announced at a presentation following the Tournament.

This tournament is an excellent way to increase visibility, networking, and camaraderie among architects, specifiers, manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, engineers and consultants.
GOLD SPONSOR: $3,000
You will receive: recognition for your company/firm on tournament communications, banners, and signs, along with other special recognition with FW AIA/CSI specific for this level of sponsorship. Gold sponsorship includes four (4) Entry Fees along with special recognition at the Awards Presentation following the Tournament.
SILVER SPONSOR: $2,000
Your company/firm name will be displayed on signs at various contest locations, including Longest Drive & Closest to Pin. Silver sponsorship includes two (2) Entry Fees.
GOLF BALL SPONSOR: $1,500 (SOLD OUT)
Your company logo will be displayed on golf balls given to each participant in the Tournament. Limited to one (1) sponsor. Deadline for this sponsorship is March 1, 2023
TABLE SPONSOR: $1500 (SOLD OUT)
Company representatives can greet golfers and provide promotional items at one of the Par 3 holes. Your company/firm name will be displayed on a sign at this hole. Limited to four (4) sponsors. If providing promotional items, drinks, or snacks, sponsor must provide for entire field. Inquire for more information. Sponsors must provide their own table and chairs (course will help transport table and items to designated hole)
BEVERAGE CART SPONSOR: $1000 (SOLD OUT)
Your company/firm name will be displayed on a large sign attached to a Beverage Cart dispensing ticketed beer and soft drinks throughout the course. Limited to two (2) sponsors.
DRINK TICKET SPONSOR: $1000 (SOLD OUT)
Your company logo/firm name will be displayed on drink tickets given to each participant and volunteer in the Tournament. Limited to two (2) sponsors.
BRONZE SPONSOR: $750
Your company/firm name will be displayed on a sign at one of the eighteen holes.
PRIZE SPONSOR:
We welcome monetary donations or special prizes for the Raffle, such as tees, balls, caps, gift certificates - or items with your logo.
