Join us for an architect-led tour of a thoughtfully restored landmark in the Fort Worth Stockyards Historic District. Bennett Partners has reimagined the last remaining Armour & Company Packing Facility building into a 50,000-SF creative office space, blending adaptive reuse with careful historic preservation. The tour will highlight the building’s original red brick and concrete structure, rhythmic window openings, and exposed interior elements alongside contemporary interventions such as new stairs, mezzanine levels, amenity spaces, and landscaped outdoor areas. Attendees will gain insight into the design strategies, challenges, and opportunities of transforming an early-20th-century industrial building into a vibrant modern workplace—while honoring its storied past.
